Tuloksia tulee vino pino ja osa on saanut ongelman pois käynnistämällä ja sammuttamalla printteriä monta kertaa peräjälkeen, osa on soittanut Epsonille ja saanut laitevaihdon jne. Joku oli saanut virheen kuvaukseksi:
